Project: Parking Garage
Client: Southeast Missouri State University
Artisan served as the general contractor on this extensive, 3-month project that had to be completed between the end of the spring semester and opening of the fall semester. This project consisted of complete removal and regrading of a very large parking area, modifications to a storm drainage system, and reconfiguration and repaving of entrance roads, all while maintaining traffic to dorms during summer activities. The parking garage was two levels, with cast-in-place foundations and precast structural members.
