Project: Clean Coal Stacker Reclaimer
Client: Freeman Energy
Artisan Contracting served as the general contractor on this project, which provided Freeman Energy with the capability of adding 15,000-tons of clean coal outside storage. This project required Artisan to install sheet pile for a barrier wall with a conveyor going through an existing transfer tower to stack the coal. A second reclaim feeder and belt was also installed to transfer the coal to the clean coal silos. All of the electrical power and system integration was also part of this project. Artisan’s employees are all MSHA trained and are some of the most experienced at working in coal and mining facilities.
